The H1 results will hopefully reflect the financial turnaround in the existing business for which income is skewed. Most restructuring costs of the last 2 years will have wound their way out the the current reporting year.
H1, has very little to do with Count transaction other than potential negative goodwill on consolidation being booked in the half.
