Chris was involved with Thunderbox and Jinfeng, both with developing and feasibility studies.

So he has plenty experience with 'grinding' (which is only one of MANY MORE factors so not sure why the big relevance of this?)

You will note, as my broker pointed out to me, that Thunderbox the old Dalrymple (which Chris was significantly involved with) and which made money hand over fist, had rock that was significantly harder than Aldis/Randalls...etc and was similar if not lwer gradeif i remember right.

And even if he wasn't experienced in 'grinding' Chris is only one of a many man team, he has plenty of experts working and consulting for him.
