Chris Cairns may be a good geo and been involved in a few BFS's but that doesnt give him any credibility with project development.
It is very correct to say that he only needs a good team around him, but that is really only a comfort statement because in project delivery nothing beats experience.
It will make all the difference when it comes to financing and delivery of the project.
The fact is that this is an unknown with Chris Cairns and is one risk IGR shareholders need to recognise.
In the scheme of things however I would say it is a low risk considering that we are dealing with a goldfields project with what seems to be low technical risk.
