If it keeps getting green lights the question is whether they go with second hand plant (probably) or new.
If second hand, from Decision to mine you will be looking at around 9-12 months as rough guide (depends where the plant is ,what condition it is in etc).....the previous plant footings at Aldiss would be used which could speed up the process-particularly on the ancillary works.
With a second hand plant you have to carefully dismantle and number the parts, check condition etc then reassemble-not necessarily time consuming but the major variable is the cement pours , both in terms of cost and time.
If new, 18mths? Depends on the backlog for crushing and grinding circuits.
