This is a tricky one in my opinion and all depends upon your trading style. Personally buying anything under a Simple 200 moving average will have a lower probability of being correct than buying a stock trading above a 200sma. It depends on how long you want to hold for, your trading style, risk appetite etc etc...and for me buying stocks is all about placing as many probablities in your favour as possible.......

I was alerted to this stock this morning from another trader so was not a pick of mine, but when I noticed that there was increasing volumes it came to my attention,

Personally at this point, I think there are many other good stocks that are still attractive and that are trading above their 200sma, so at this point for me, I have GGG on my watchlist.

Please feel free to ask any questions, but I am no expert, just an average aussie having a go........
