I am looking to purchase a neuromorphic chip off the shelf. So far I can only find this one:

I understand there may be competitors. Can you please point me in the direction of them? I want to buy a few different ones to compare.
Am I misunderstanding the competitive landscape or are there no other ones commercially available?
