I like to think that BrainChip does have competitors and the circumstances are reminiscent of Usain Bolt. He too had competitors but, like BrainChip, he was first to the finish line and ran more efficiently. So although world-class competition existed, Bolt's dominance was often simply formality. The fact that other competitors existed, from larger and better resourced organisations such as the USA, did not change his standing or likelihood of frequent and sustained victory.
