    If I recall correctly, Baowu had assigned USD 6B to the furthering of the Simandou Project - which has stalled. So I guess there's 6B available for the 'southern project'.

    Baowu will take the majority of the mines' output for primary steel production (rebar, girder etc) whilst Tsingshan will use for Stainless Steel production.
