    ANS put the consortium together. Bestway is a HK shell for the squillions of dollars that the Chinese SOE will pour into this.

    Alexandre Mbiam is the man who put this mega-deal together with the Africans. Ding has delivered the Infrastructure to deliver on the promise.

    This will be 90c+ IMO, if not by TO offer, then on relist open day.
