    Monsieur Alexandre Mbiam wholly convinced me in the YouTube interview that this project, featuring an unrivalled World-class consortium of Chinese steel, infrastructure and engineering companies will absolutely go ahead.

    So I believe some positivity (not euphoria) should be embraced.

    I don’t think you’ll have to wait a year.

    This is going to move fast.
