He has to meet with the various construction groups for the port, rail and associated infrastructure then the giant steel works about the steel manufacturing blueprint and the respective financiers and assess the environmental proposals what have you before finalizing who board that flight to Africa. LOL

All good things take time. Give it another 3 to 4 weeks for anything of substance where it should be announced in Africa together with ore offtake and mine development, mining contracts and other mines wanting to piggyback on the port & rail and all that jazz with everyone under the one roof.
