It has been 12 days since Ding was out of quarantine.
Surely much of the stated activities in Shanghai must be close to completion by now. We can't assume Ding did nothing for 3 weeks while in quarantine apart from gorging on mitten crabs.
Maybe Ding and the China group are now preparing to depart for Africa. If so, don't expect to hear anything until they touch down maybe end of the month.
