If you read the Sundance announcement yesterday, to the uninitiated, it does tend to come across like theft of IP was involved.
ANS departed ways with SDL, and took their IP along with it.

2nd worse case scenario is, ANS is found to be liable for damages due to theft of IP, but that may take years to ratify.
We hope & pray that ANS re-lists before then, and some sort of profit can be realised before that reality sinks in.
And the worst case scenario is that the project doesn't go ahead at all.
This is is still 50/50 in my view.
Iron ore and a steel making factory located in Africa should be a no-brainer, but if these debt ridden African nations have no money for infrastructure projects, and the Chinese are [already] tightening the purse strings with African investment spending, then it's unlikely to happen anytime soon.
I remain optimistic, but this is not a done deal, yet.
Dreamers take note.
