Sure, SDL couldn't pull together the financiers etc to start the project, and the Govt's got sick of waiting.
Blah blah blah.
We all know the story.

That's a different issue to the alleged theft of IP, which is the crux of the litigation.

I don't hold SDL, never have, never will (other than the interest ANS has in it, so we ANS holders do have some exposure) but if SDL goes down the toilet and we can make a tidy profit from ANS then great.
