    China being so shrewd should IMO expedite the Sangha project start and unlock as many deposits in the region to maximize the total tonnage so that Central West Africa is no less a Simandou than the one in Guinea. The beauty is that in doing so, the new regime in Conakry can't play hard-to-get too much as by then they clearly aren't the only game (Pilbara Killer) in town. LoL
