Everyone should be aware of stepping out and down at the same time .

After 50 years doing this is not simple task.

I have just put two steps at my back doors so my wife steps out

and closes the screen door BEFORE stepping DOWN .

Think about this as it has hurt Many people

I have lost 2 friends in recent years.......one just 60 and

one 70 .

When you get into old age it is not easy to avoid these accidents.

Just simple broken bones but long treatments and the

elderly cajust give up.

Remember this .....you must step out before you step down .
