I would completely agree with those sentiments.

The model at the moment seems to be expenential (or as Dalibor puts it, rince and repeat!) - new colleges still in the plan and colleges opened up in last 1/2/3/4 years showing incredible growth according to annual report.

Another good thing about NVT is that because it has colleges in Australia/Canada/USA/UK, it can ride political/economical waves pretty well. 5 years ago, it was very Australia-centric. Since floation it has made a real effort to become a truly international business.

I dont think its too late to get in - a predict a very bright future for this company in an industry that will always be needed. I would imagine that when we hear of the first stats from the new US colleges, providing those have gone well, the sp should continue to rise and rise.

Check out my other thread with the video from the CEO - this gives a great insight into the future for NVT.

Buying or not is entirely up to you and good luck with your decision, however, some things you may want to consider:

-rumours of StudyGroup, a competitor of NVT, floating on ASX with potential value of $600million. They operate a similar model to NVT, but still quite different and are more specialists in the provision of English language. Would another floatation affect NVT or not? Currently, NVT are the only education provider who have floated.

-immigration/visa changes in Australia and UK are pretty huge at the moment and this could impact on student recruitment

-USA is untried and untested, we all expect it to go well and hit the roof, but we cant be sure

    Just some thoughts :)
