The share price is tumbling on this jnr not only due to the fall in the commodity price, but also due to the Zambian governments policy of massively taxing royalties on copper producers making many even large scale projects uneconomic.

Only roughly 10% of the recent share and option rights issue taken up, with $2.2m in the bank at 30 June, and now a key director resigning.
