We have a Sydney based company We are thinking of listing it and looking for recommendations on the people to use and an idea of cost.
The company - I will not name for obvious reasons Sales - $14M Profit - $5.6M GP% 40% (consistent) Staff - approx 40 Year on year growth of 75% The company has been profitable from day 1 and has books and tax paid to prove it. 5 years of trading There is no stock held Multi National customers All business to Business relationships Not commission based but time charged. AI is part of the business Thinking of listing 49% The business has won many awards and would present very well.
Q. Are we too small at this stage? Would the cost outweigh the benefit?
R. Do we contact a broker? - someone recommended Patersons? Do we get some kind of consultant?
I am not looking for investors but your recommendations....
