Thanks so much for the replies to date. This has been very informative and helpful. A little more on our company and reasons for Listing;
1. We find that we are now getting into multi-nationals. We are a young team and so is the company. We feel we would do much better with these clients if we were a public company, larger and had a board structure.
2. The technology is changing. We need to be agile and forward thinking. At the moment the company is expanding fast, right time, right place making great numbers but we need to look forward also which is difficult without a larger group.
