I would not use a broker. You are paying fees for nothing as the broker will just give the stock to mates who will flip and other brokers in the hope of getting favors from those other brokers in the future. I would get an accounting firm to help with you board structure, financials etc and then use one of those on market platforms and friends and family to spread the word. You will get it done without the brokers and have a very good capital structure
