I don't think there are any IPO without a broker, i believe this is one of the listing rule. you pay fees to broker for nothing? i don't think so, brokers are the one make sure IPOs to be compliant with ASX listing rules around Company structure, accounting practices, financial structure, reporting requirement, etc. there are a lot of works involve in before it get onto one of the platform like Onmarket.
