Quote from the auditors:

"Significant uncertainty regarding continuation as a going concern

Without qualification to the conclusion expressed above, attention is drawn to Note 3(b) to the financial report which indicates that the company's ability to operate as a going concern is dependent on it being able to obtain sufficient funding to invest in the expansion required
to successfully retain and also improve its customer base or implement plans to improve its cash flows through reduction in the scale of business and costs that can to be sustained under its existing funding sources.
As a result of the matters described in Note 3 (b) there exists material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the consolidated entity’s ability to continue as a going concern and therefore whether it will realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the
normal course of business and at the amounts stated in the financial report."

Looks like game over. This is a pity as the US model Netflix is a going and growing concern.
