    I think one has to hold atleast a marketable parcel. How does it get allocated? I wouldn't know. My guess is as good as yours.

    As for daytraders, most likely they are in but not to the extent of buying 54 million shares yesterday and so far today 34 million. Who knows, there may be a form 604 (change in substantial holdings) just around the corner.
