I found the article but the bit about what Towner said at the conference stopped after was only two sentences and mentioned nothing about TEG sending money to NWE for the seismic.

Well it would actually be news, and we don’t get much of that.
The seismic is reaching the epic proportions of the Holy Grail.
That great and wonderful predecessor of the turning a floundering minnow into a raging bull. (I tried for a nautical metaphor but anything seahorse did not seem to work).
The long and winding road.
By the end of winter we may get some real news. Wouldn’t be too bad if oil prices keep rising, fairly certain the dollar won’t be rising anytime soon.
