OK, so you are happy to publicly go on record saying that directors of IGE committed a criminal act by lying to the ASX and investors. That is your own personal choice. Time will tell who is doing the lying, for as we all know, lying from anyone can and will not not be tolerated. As to your 'staying suspended' comment, can a company stay suspended if it is currently not suspended? Interestingly, that could also be interpreted as lying to investors and could mislead some into a rather unfortunate investment decision based upon misinformation. That's why I personally leave judging to the judges....
