nor, I don't think that the balance sheet can be too healthy. I totally agree that the rules don't apply, which is what I was saying or maybe you were agreeing with me, I am not sure. I would only buy this one for a quick trade if I felt like gambling which I do not, at least not with such poor odds and risk vs reward that does not stack up.Forget about dividends that is looking at the past health of the company. These smaller companies are just surviving they should not be going into debt plus paying dividends.
