For anyone interested there is a very negative article on GPT in the AFR Street Talk today...Page 24..
Basically a major shareholder (unnamed) was dumping on the market yest. & was saying there is not too many ways out of the mess & when everything is done there wont be much of GPT left....
BNB JV is biting them....
Portfolio is overvalued & Est. that NTA is closer to 45 cents - not the stated $1.43....
Pos. that because the assets are higher quality (unlike CNP) it could be easier for the banks to come in and wind it up to get their money back...
Explains the weakness...
