I'm just passing on the story out of interest as they were many posts asking about the fall....
But there was a even more negative story on page 44 of the AFR.... The BNB JV loan is non-recourse and the market is worried that GPT can get out of the venture...
Brokers basically saying that with little equity left the Australian Instos are getting out of GPT (dumping into the market) while they still can...
Doesn't mean GPT's not tradable though.... Personally not trading it...
