Did consider phoning them, but as they provide an email address for "sales" on their website, I thought it reasonable to assume they would reply to any messages/enquiries.

They do have a household product which they can hardly expect people to buy in multiple units..Realistically they must expect to sell it in single units....It is simply not practical or economical for consumers to purchase this sort of thing online.

With this in mind, I assumed they would have retail outlets for the household products/ packs.
Even even if this is not so, I expected them to respond to my email.

Im not that desperate to try the product... I was just doing a bit of market research on the product because I am interested in CTF shares.

The research was to test the PRODUCT..... not their marketing & service.

I haver been watching CTF since 'Biggest" showed his enthusiasm for them sometime ago.

I just hope their lack of response to me is not typical of their overall attitude & way of doing business.
