re: worth watching Sandy, this one has broken through resistance and making ground in China. The action under 10c was a classical accumulation awaiting better and better things. Arthur has been calling this one for a while and it is finally moving in the right direction. As always, I wish I had more faith in my observation and bought more under 10c.
