Anglo has a large mature mine don the road and need more ounces for its long term future. Any decent ounces found on GMR's ground are a must to go through Anglos plant whether it be toll treated (if final resource is 1 Million ounces or less) or by some sort of cownership deal with Anglo.
In reality, I cant see GMR hitting a big kahoona and then building its own plant. Anglo will simply so a deal so it can acquire the ounces. GMR will given a poultice to simply walk away with a cheque.
