I have a suggestion though noting the Directors partly paids were incorrectly given etc etc and more BS
Just buy on market the same total of shares and allowing for the Directors "mistake" allocate the differnce in costs to a noted charity and show the receipt............again, wont happen.
Mistakes happen by design
The partly paids BS doesn't wash
