I think you may be close with what a farmin partner would be looking at:
60% of MEO's 70% = 42% for farmin partner
Leaving 18% for MEO
Situation would be:
MEO 18% with market cap = $242m
CUE 15% with market cap = $169m
MOG 15% with market cap = $ 40m
Not that I think MEO is overvalued but I see great potential for revaluation with MOG and CUE - even more so should MEO fail to attract a partner - that would leave both CUE and MOG with 50% each.
