Price of natural gas futures looks poised to go much higher after briefly topping at $4.40, I'm unceratin what the correlation between AGL and natural gas futures are.
If it posseses a close correlation then that would signal an opportunity ( a quick look indicates, yes they are closely correlated) - hope they are not one of plethora of Aussie resource companies who may indeed hedge themselves out of the money ?
The CRB index is poised to go into boomage mode, but there is a risk our major resource equities may languish into nothingness due to poor hedging policies and management.. catch 22 ?
