Telstra looks unlikely to make a bid for either AGL or Origin as it appears it might be in some trouble on a number of fronts, Silicon valley Bank, Silvergate, asbestosis, competition legislation, ACCC, Industry Ombudsman.
Even if TLS did make a bid for AGL, I would hope AGL sholders would reject it.
