I thought you may be interested in the plight of LLL, but hopefully FRR will begin to make headway....but although as all of you that read my posts know, I AM VERY BULLISH ON Range Res.....YET, that does not deter me from stating risks with funding problems can be a RISK TOO MUCH !

{I hope the moderator-admin, will allow this post, it is NOT meant as an ad re-FRR,they pose a far greater risk...imo, but as a warning to us all.

    NEWS !!! Confused ???
    LookListenLearn

I received a letter yesterday from T.D. Waterhouse ( trade with them ). It states that subject to shareholder approval, Frontera Delaware is to merge with Frontera Cayman on 1st August. It also states we will be given one share in Frontera Cayman for every share we hold in Frontera Delaware. My initial feeling is, I smell a rat. I'm not as experienced as you guys in such matters, But !!! on past performances, well!!! The Capt. you all say is very rich I agree, -- but also very clever. That's why he is where he is, and these people will use, yes! " use " anyone ( us in particular ) to get what they want. I think, ( and I hope I'm wrong, please tell me I'm wrong ) that they are trying to take Frontera Offshore, so they can bend the rules even further and any way they want to suit themselves. They have a plan, and it does NOT include us. I'm not very experienced in such matters, but have worked closely with people who are stinking rich and this is how they behave " all of them " at least the one's in business. They DO NOT care who goes down as long as they achieve their ends. Did an arm of Fontera's business already exist in the Cayman Islands ? or was it created in the last week or so for whatever motives the Directors have in mind ? Is this good or bad ?--- I SMELL A RAT. What reason's other than Tax doges, or underhand dealings ( bending the rules to suit ) have thy for going to the Cayman's ???? HELP !!!!!!! ----- Advice please all you switched on people. PLEASE , tell me I'm wrong. Either way I'm not selling out now, I'd rather go to the wall as Symore stated in a recent post " it's only money ". Yes !!! I took a lifetime to gather what I had in Frontera, but I'm not bitter about whats happened. If I'm right in my thoughts in this post, I'm only sad that there are such people in this world that would do such things. Sad, and sorry for them. They say what goes around comes around. Guy's even if I retire broke, I still have my memories and my dreams, and NO ONE can ever take those from me. Hope I'm wrong in my thoughts. Your are a really fine bunch of people and make tis board nothing short of excellent, for quality of info. and respect for everyone who usees it. It's great to see no clowns have managed ( as of yet ) to grace it. Well Bad news or Good!!! Good Luck to all holders. Share price moved up recently ?? that also confuses me, as it was just before I received this letter.

LookListenLearn...I read your post, and feel very sad that you have lost so much in this stock....I borrowed your post and stuck it on RRL, for pi's to make comments. If you stick with it, then brave as you are things may not all be lost. As you know there are a number of companies in Georgia, RRL, RMP, AOI...and first spud is underway, should a positive result come out of any of them then the others may pick up, maybe FRR as well. You are not retired yet, hang on for as long as you feel the sp can't go down any more. Personally, I would not sell if I was in your position, unless there was a chance of liquidation, if not they will pick up on good results. Most oilies are down including RRL, and we all feel the fate of FRR can beset us all. ...good luck..dickie3times

    Warren Buffet,
first rule of investing-don't lose money!

second rule- don't forget the first rule!

    buy low - sell high

You guy's must be as devastated as me. I'm currently ?163K out of pocket. About 90% of my retiral fund I poured in here. Due to retire next year, so not much chance of ever getting it back, I'm almost sure of that. Probably not even during my lifetime the way FRR have gone about things. It's only pennies to them, they can write off their losses against tax with the money some of them have in their pocket, they were "never " on a loser.
That's why they have it. Bleeding suckers like me, knowing all along they were leading us all up the garden path. Wonder if they're proud of how some of ther loyal shareholders have ended up. Doubt if they even considered us. AH ! well. I'm not even going to bother selling out, so little left, it's a joke, I'd rather let it go to the wall, I'm ruined now anyway. Best of luck to all you loyal long term holders in the future. Hope you recover. I'm not bitter, just hurt , nobody to blame but myself for being so loyal.
