Have just talked to the company about the 3C issues talked about at ss. 3C is a committee the government set up to demonstrate taht they are involving the community. It has no teeth. The Waste Management Group is the key decision making body. TOX have taken more measures than any other party, including extensive Aboriginal heritage documentation, to demonstrate how Karatha is an ideal site for waste treatment. It appears that no other party has investigated the issue as extensively as TOX. Non issue.
