It wont get to 1.7. Heres why.
Firstly the CR is only 80 odd million shares which is 2 cents of nothing relative to the amount on issue now.
Secondly investors can and should be ale to see the positives that GGP have that make it more than a 2cent/share company.
To be honest the 1.7 cent placement is more of a give to investors rather than deterant
