I read your post a while ago but i couldn't find anything about this auction. Thanks for the link HBee.
I would have thought the sale of unused plant and equipment was a good thing if the book value was achieved. From your post it appears like a fire sale as no reserve was specified. This makes me think that NWH need them money ASAP and it could spell trouble.
On the other hand if they continue to sell plant and equipment and achieve their quoted book value, it is a good outcome for shareholders as the book value far exceeds the current share price.
On a different note i noticed that there has been a large covering of short positions on the 8/12/15. Do the shorters feel that we have bottomed or there is some good news on the horizon?
