Definately cheap at these prices... Xstrata probably out of picture to take em out now given they are after lonmin.
Not sure if any other miners have held up well enough to want to launch a takeover at the moment.
Thats ok though... as we move into production the yield that EQN will be able to pay will boost the share price.
Currently trading on a forward PE of 3.4.
For a 37 year mine life company I would expect a PE of 8 would be reasonable. So SP once those earning get pumping on that PE ratio would be $8.24
Just gonna have to be patient I think.
