Just thinking about your rumour a bit more, a placement would be permanent. It would not be "until government approves local mining permits". What you say is more suggestive of a loan.
But if a placement, what would the price be? Is the current trading activity relevant to that? I see that no-one bought at 19.5 all day, but a mini transaction at auction yielded one sale/purchase at that price. What's up???
Apart from that, another very quiet day for RNI on all fronts. It's like a war of attrition. Is the plan to starve holders of relevant drilling information so as to wear them down or out? It seems as if management has no empathy for us.
