I really can't understand the situation with this long...

    I really can't understand the situation with this long established Aust stock.....its on a PE of 5 and div yield of  12%.

    Directors buying constantly.....I would have though value investors would have ripped into it - but no.

    Maybe a buyback could be considered, but excellent management here - who know what they are doing.

    Just buy and hold I guess.  Ultra simple for others to research, to confirm what I have intimated here, I think.
