On Friday's closing price has a 12% yield, with a roughly 10%pa yield growth. Very strong business with steady growth and not needing any significant refinancing for another two years. I use it as a good income stock to balance my overweight resource exposure. Besides, with that sort of yield it gives a positive cash flow on a margin loan at 9%, should interest rates decline may even have some reasonable capital gains as well.
I think the market has miss priced/undervalued this share as it did back in 2003.
