market has been bearish at the big end of town primarily for 3 reasons...

spin out of ARW far to heavily weighted to insiders (existing amu holdrs (including some insto's..)got what..? the option to BUY $5k at IPO prices.. bullsh*t) when 70% of the co. was knocked down.

the scale back of news at exacly the time the directors allocated themsleves huge no's options at prices WELL in the money .. (then had to raise the exy price and DELAY the whole process) due to institutional opposition.

AND the inability to actaully get or KEEP a rig..

simplistic as it seems a competitor in TEXAS actually stated they "couldn't beleive" AMU let rigs go when they'd got them in the current environment (when others did exactly that).

so evrry now and again the sellers come out to play.
