I admit I like EPY, as I do BXP & CUS because I think they all have bright futures in those fields.
The only thing that is hard to pick with EPY is the bottom as it keeps going down.
At 17c it's still got a market cap of $33mil which is a lot considering NO audited profit results have ever been released for the consolidating group as yet - I'd prefer to see some concrete "real" figures and not just forecasts before touching this one.
Not a bad stock at all.
