Wouldn't hold breath on t/over but what i think we'll see is strategic buying from the majors and fund mgrs as per the Fin article today. Catalyst for a rally could well be their report due on Sept. 1 with large writedown and a clearer picture of earnings. Ballard is keeping any news to a minimum so let's hope when he does have more to say, it is worth it !
