IMO Bannerman are building up executives & 'grooming' themselves to build the mine.
Len jubber & co. want a career with a producing mine etc.....These guys from perth have seen borshoff, twiggy forrest & many others build mines & thats what they want to do....its the challenge & prestige ...not the quick buck!!
A takeover will be difficult when management hold the large majority of issued shares.
At the meeting next month I intend to raise this question again.
