I eagerly await the answer to your question........my gut feel is that everything is for sale....at the right price
If someone came along and said you can have say $6 for your shares right now, or wait three years and you might get $6 depending on the lay of the land...most would take the $ and run.
I have taken $6 out of the air by the way...it is neither here nor there, just for the sake of the point.
I also think that based on today this run has legs....the buying was strong most of the day...I am tipping a 90cent close tomorrow.
