Hi Tibbs I disagree with you with regards to EXT on Feb 13,16,17 and 18 EXT rose above its bollinger band and traded above it each one of these days rising from around 1.70 to around 2.4 before taking a breather and consolidating on Feb 19.
As a general rule you are correct but it hasnt followed everytime this rule. I think it still has a little more puff before consolidation.
